Now there is a big gripe about building in a VicUrban (Places Vic) estate. Yes its great that we get FTTH (Fibre To The Home) but they dictate where we must have the Data and Phone points. Which needs to go together. So I have no say in what goes where, oh wait I get to choose where 3 of them go. VicUrban says as a minimum you must have Data and Phone point in Master Bedroom, Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, Kitchen above the bench line and Family/Entertaining area. The total maximum you can have is 5 phone points and 8 data points.
We'll wait until our contract to see how much we spent. :|
