Contract Signing Completed!

Ok... So I've been a little bit slack in getting new things written up for this blog. This is great news, we walked into the contract signing and though we were going to blow our budget by like 500% but things worked out and it wasn't too bad at all. However we did have to still chop and change a few things. This is the last of the changes as any changes from here on in will cost us, one for the change and the other for the post contract changes.

We paid our 5% of our house and its exciting times! The waiting game has only just begun. We have a site start set for the 21st June. This is still sitting in TBA as we need the developer to approve our plans and the bank to come back fine with the valuation. (Fingers Crossed).

So here is our final plan of the house. With a few changes of course.

Changes from the standard plans are:

- Added Cavity Sliding Door to the Ensuite
- Added Powder Room in Lieu of Walk in Linen
- Added 2 Cavity Slinding Doors to the Lounge Room
- Added Quick Slide Robe Doors to all Bed Rooms
- Added Larger Window to the Activity Room
- Added Fixed Framed Window to the Living Room
- Added Corner Stacker Door to the Living and Meals Area
- Added Cavity Sliding door to the Rumps
- Extended the Alfresco

So not too much but enough to make it our own house. Lastly they added in the Sliding door to the Rumps to the Alfresco but this has now been deleted and brought back to the original plans.
