After many ups and downs, going back and forth we have finally conquered the loan application process. Through many stressful days, weeks and months we can finally say we have heard the best news. Knowing that our build is only an arms reach away from beginning it's very hard not to get SUPER excited!
Now it's just the anxious wait for the land developers to give us the final okay. We are waiting for the last details to be amended and for all the admin and paperwork to be finalised. It's exciting that we are on the home stretch, to finally getting an accurate site start. We have our fingers and toes crossed hoping that we can get this build all completed by Christmas this year!
Hopefully within the next week or so we will have our official site start date and there will be some action happening on our land soon!
