We have Taps!

So its been a while since we've posted anything on here as there's been an intense battle with not only the bank but also the developers of RiverWalk. There's a few things that needs to be amended for us to start building. Long story short our block is ready to be built on but nothing is happening nor do we even have a site start date. So this mid June start was going to be a dream.

First of all our developers took their sweet ass time to approve our plans, this is an ongoing story which is still yet to be approved. Then we have the bank sure we can pay back the amount we borrow but there are other things that are completely out of our hands. So word of advice to anyone who is building, 1. Get pre approval for your plans from council and developers, 2. Do your research on banks on how they lend and what the process is before they lend.

Anyways some progress. We now have taps fitted! Awesome start to our exciting build!!!
